Where I can find knock-off designer handbags in Binghamton, New York or Scranton, PA?

I normally go to Canal Street in New York buy design detached coach, Chanel, LV, handbags and purses, etc.. But I wonder if anyone knows if there are shops and stores in Binghamton, New York or Scranton, PA that sell these bags. I've looked on e-bay and places like that, I'm not really interested in buying online. Thanks
