Do any of the young designers with stores where you can buy cheap clothes or shoes sample?

Does anyone know where to go in Paris I could find low-cost designer clothing and shoes in sizes for children and young people? I know that designers are often outside stores selling out their samples. Where can I find these in Paris? And has anyone ever been to the mall outside Paris? If so, leading children and clothing for young people? Thanks

I do not know if this will be exactly the answer to your reply, but I know "Usines Center (see with a search engine for location), where clothes are sold a little more directly from the factory than any other.
