Women's designer shoes in large sizes, help?

I am a 6'2 woman who loves fashion and suffer from a genetic curse that is the feet great, lol. I wear a size 12W and I can never find nice shoes let alone the brand name high end things like Manolo and such. Is there any way I can get shoes the high end brand name in my size? I would do anything to have cute shoes based on my size range, but it seems that I am bound to be trapped in the sales of sneakers or Payless Bogo. Help!
