The sale of jewelry. How much of a profit margin is acceptable?

I am a jewelry designer and have a lot of pieces already made. Currently I'm working on a website that should be in place by the middle of next month. I use nothing but semi-precious and precious stones with lovely gf / and chains of sterling and components. Each of my pieces approx. costs $ 30 – $ 50 for each.
