Is it legal to sell imitation designer handbags on eBay?

I have some fake designer handbags I am tired and want to get rid of him. Is it okay to list on eBay these bags while I'm sure to put "imitation" of design and not try to pass them off as being real? Or is it illegal to sell newspapers? Thank you!

You must clearly state that they are false, and they can not have a label design in imitation or they. If it is clear that are not real, and not copy any logo, then that's fine.
