Hayden Panettiere – hypocritical?

I'm tired of hearing how great it is to "try to save the dolphins." Do not get me wrong, dolphins are my favorite animal, but she does not deserve any of the publicity it receives. Why? Because for $ 500, you can buy a leather bag designed for her. As a vegan – that bothers me. I've heard many people in the news, and even the people at school say she is a great person to care for animals. It seems more a publicity stunt to me, because I do not think she cares too much about the cows that are slaughtered for their designer handbag. What does everyone else think this? (Incidentally, I got this idea from a letter to TV Guide, but as a vegan and an animal lover who wanted to see everybody thinking on the subject.)

Well, I doubt that this vote will be "best answer", but have difficulty in giving support nobody to fly around the world to save animals from being slaughtered when people are under tremendous difficulties closer to home. Despite being a pet owner and animal lover, yet much more value on human life. I mean, just scroll to the airport that probably went through the areas were the children go to bed hungry every night, and throughout the world billions if people die each year from starvation and genocide. But to keep it the "cow vs dolphin" context … I do not think hypocrisy is the right word. For a hand, may be against the unnecessary slaughter of any animal, and I still think it's OK to raise cattle and slaughter of food. And I really do not think she did just for advertising, and how heroes is one of the shows on TV … already receiving a lot of advertising just for filing any Instead there are photographers. But I think his reputation is being used to make a point … As with many celebrities. If she decided to do it on their own, as a result of their belief true, or was told to do so as a way to get publicty well, it's something I think we have enough information to really determine.
