What is a contract between a company and a designer clothes?

What is the average salary range for designing a logo for printing T-shirt? Does the designer to retain the rights and wages they receive and a rule?

There is no agreement on the price of design a logo for a shirt. The amount of remuneration for work performed must be established between both parties at the start of the project. Some ideas on unfair pay I give my designers (depending on age) to be: a) A salary set with a small% of net profits. B) pure compensation based on total sales design (this can be pretty if they sell many of his designs.) However, please note that in most cases, the company will retain all rights in the design so that you will not be able to use the design for other purposes.
