A good and maybe the BEST way to start is with calling the Better Business Bureau…..they may be able to give you a list of who to stay away from and who’s not had reports and how long they’ve been in business…there are searches you can do to find out how long a business has been running…believe it or not the old fashion way has more than willing people to help you look this up…your Library!! worked for me:)
